SERVICE IMPLEMENTATION
Where and how services are provided is determined by the family’s service team based on what is important to them and what is most beneficial to the child. Services are individualized and unique to each family based on individual circumstances and goals. The DMI team will work closely with the child’s family to determine an overall outcome-based plan that suits the family’s lifestyle, serving the child in his/her home, neighborhood, and community.
