It Takes Two To Talk – The Hanen Program® for Parents is a family-focused program for parents of children with language delays that provides training to groups of parents to learn to interact and communicate with their child during everyday activities and routines in ways that promote social communication and language learning. This program is ideal for children demonstrating speech and language delays who are not yet at the 2-word stage. This program is led by a licensed speech pathologist who is Hanen trained and certified.
More Than Words – The Hanen Program® for Parents of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder is a program for parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or related social communication disorders that provides groups of parents with training in how to build communication into predictable, pleasurable routines as well as how to use the child’s visual strengths to help him/her learn to communicate. This program also helps parents address the challenges of engaging their child in interactions and teaches them how to help their child communicate for social purposes and for the purpose of getting their needs met. This program is led by a licensed speech pathologist who is Hanen trained and certified.
