Early Intervention Specialist
  • Provides in-home and community-based educational social services (early intervention), in collaboration with the parents, to children who are described as being developmentally disabled, within a transdisciplinary team. 
  • Intervention consists of educating the parents in child development, stimulating developmental milestones, assessing and monitoring the child's global development, and accessing and utilizing community resources.
  • Provides written reports on every child served.  Includes initial evaluations, daily activity sheets, monthly monitoring updates, quarterly evaluations, and closing evaluations for children transitioning out of early intervention services.
Occupational Therapist
  • Provides in-home, family-focused occupational intervention/therapy to children who are described as being developmentally disabled, within a transdisciplinary team. 
  • Occupational therapy consists of parent training, hands-on therapy stimulation, assessing and monitoring related development fields such as fine motor, sensory, feeding, oral motor, etc. as well as accessing and utilizing community resources.
  • Provides written reports on every child served.  Includes initial evaluations, daily activity sheets, monthly monitoring updates, twice yearly evaluations, and closing evaluations for children transitioning out of early intervention services.
Physical Therapist
  • Provides in-home, family-focused physical therapy/intervention to children who are described as being developmentally disabled, within a transdisciplinary team.
  • Intervention consists of parent training, hands-on physical therapy stimulation, assessing and monitoring related development fields such as gross motor, musculoskeletal, and endurance, as well as accessing and utilizing community resources.
  • Provides written reports on every child served.  Includes initial evaluations, daily activity sheets, monthly monitoring updates, twice yearly evaluations, and closing evaluations for children transitioning out of early intervention.

Speech Therapist

  • Provides in-home, family-focused speech therapy to children who are described as being developmentally disabled, within a transdisciplinary team.
  • Speech therapy consists of parent training, hands-on therapy stimulation, assessing and monitoring related development fields such as expressive language, receptive language, social-emotional, and oral motor, as well as accessing and utilizing community resources.
  • Provides written reports on every child served.  Includes initial evaluations, daily activity sheets, monthly monitoring updates, twice yearly evaluations, and closing evaluations for children transitioning out of early intervention services.
